Updated 22 September 2026. MUTMAINAH is an adult wellbeing application. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.

Your account and records

We store your email, password hash, preferences, consent choices and the check-ins, journals, goals, chat messages and other records you choose to save. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

Spiritual content and personalisation memory start off. Enabling memory lets you add the specific details you want the companion to use. Disabling memory deletes those saved items. You can clear chat history, edit or delete private entries, export your records, and delete your account in Me.

If you enable spiritual content, the ayah reader keeps up to ten verse references on this device to reduce repetition. The current verse and a session timestamp stay in this browser tab. This reading history is not sent to the server or analytics and is not linked to your account. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Verses you explicitly bookmark are saved privately to your account.

Who can see what

Your private wellbeing records are scoped to your account. Circles use a separate pseudonym in each circle; platform operations can link a pseudonym to an account, so this is not untraceable anonymity. Moderators review community posts, comments and reports. Avoid posting information that identifies you or someone else.

Professionals only receive the session summary you explicitly share for an appointment. You can revoke that sharing, but revocation cannot erase copies the recipient has already made. Credential PDFs are accessible to the applicant and authorised verification reviewers. Professional notes do not become AI memory.

AI and service providers

When you send a chat message, the configured AI provider receives that message, recent conversation context and any memory you enabled. Avoid including identifying or confidential information about other people. The application uses server hosting, a database and private object storage. Provider retention and hosting-region commitments must be confirmed by the operator before wider or clinical use.

Demonstration mode

When enabled, the optional demo creates separate fictional records for your account. Demo Circles, profiles, appointments and rooms are labelled and do not represent real community activity or care. They do not join your real wellbeing history. Your camera or microphone can be previewed locally by choice in a demo room; no media is uploaded or recorded.

Health and sleep choices

Manual sleep tracking stores only dates and durations after your explicit consent. Apple Health and Health Connect require future native integrations and are not connected by this web application. Disconnecting or pausing retains existing records; deleting a source removes its sleep records while preserving check-ins. These records are included in export and account deletion.

Retention and deletion

Saved records remain until you remove them or delete your account. Account deletion removes your records from the active application database and your uploaded credential documents; operational audit entries may retain action references with the actor removed. Hosting backups and infrastructure logs have separate provider retention periods that are not yet confirmed. Deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.

Community and care

Posts and comments require human approval before others can see them. Reports are not monitored as an emergency service. Be respectful, protect others’ privacy, and do not offer diagnoses, prescriptions, harassment or promotions. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and someone you trust.

Professional booking remains closed unless explicitly enabled for a reviewed jurisdiction. This application does not collect payments or provide remote video consultations. No regulatory or clinical certification is claimed.

Operator and support

The operating organisation has not yet been configured for this application. Signed-in testers can send feedback from Help & support. A public support contact is still awaiting configuration.
